Pops and bangs

On petrol vehicles using our tailor made remap files we can create pops and bangs effect from the exhaust of the vehicle. There are no power advantages but adds another dynamic of excitement and sportier feel to the car.

We can create 3 different levels of pops and bangs, soft, medium & extreme for extreme you will require a decat pipe or a sports cat.

Some manufacturers are already creating a crackle/pops and bang effect from standard. As can been heard on a few AMG’s.

How does it work?

The injectors stop the fuel flow when the engine is decelerating, we program the ECU to work differently and adding fuel when decelerating.
